Employability Training specialists, AM Training, have expanded their workforce with the appointment of Kathrine Finlay to push the business to the next step of its journey.
Kathrine has 18 years’ experience in Senior Management in education, alongside experience in the NHS and the Public Sector. She joins the management team as Head of Operations and is responsible for ensuring the processes and compliance are in place, managing the team of Employment Advisors and helping AM Training’s steady growth plans fall into place.
On her appointment, Kathrine said, I am excited to use my experience and knowledge of education and development in this fantastic new role.
