AM Training are an ethical employability training provider. We believe that employability training should give you the tools to succeed in your search for sustainable employment. We therefore only provide courses that have opportunities attached so that on completion of the course you have the best chance at securing employment! Our sister company, AM Recruitment, can also register candidates to help in your job search.
Although we cannot guarantee a job for every candidate, we do guarantee that everyone will have an interview with a potential future employer on completion of the course. The course itself will give you the skills, tools, confidence and self-belief to write CV’s and be successful at interview. Many of our courses will result in you achieving a qualification that is suited to the job role you are applying for and once you are ready to work, AM Training are dedicated to helping you to start your journey.
Our pre-employability training courses also help with regaining confidence in your own ability to find employment, with the employer taking an active part in courses on most occasions.
At AM Training, we recognise that a lot of factors can prevent us from believing that we can return to work. A lack of self-confidence and belief, fear, anxiety or previous life choices can all mean that we are not motivated to enter the world of work. We want to help you to remove these barriers.
Each of our employability courses not only equip you with the practical skills you need for employment, but also include tasks that help with improving your confidence and life skills. Some people will need courses focussed solely on confidence building and we can also deliver this. We will support you throughout the whole process to ensure that you have all that you need to succeed at interview!
Many of our employer partners are happy to consider people who have been to prison for roles within their organisations. An employability training course is considered a great way of proving your commitment to finding work and impressing potential employers. It demonstrates that you are willing to learn, punctual and organised. We aim to help you to break down the barriers that may have stopped you from finding a route back to work so that you can turn your life round, earn and succeed.
AM Training are commited to honouring the Armed Forces Covenant and therefore look to offer opportunities to ex-forces personel. With jobs in construction, customer service, training and education, manufacturing and engineering, there are many potential pathways through AM Training and our sister company, AM Recruitment , into sustainable employment. We also look to offer internal positions to ex-military when we are recruiting, for example as trainers in confidence building, so please get in touch!
Yes! Our sister company, AM Recruitment, is a Disablity Confident employer. Where possible, we will facilitate physical disabilities on our courses and, in many cases, our employer partners have suitable positions.
