AM Training are working in Partnership with UCQ to deliver Funded Skills Bootcamps to those living and working in the North East of England.
These Skills Bootcamps include both accredited and non-accredited qualifications valued by employers within the Manufacturing sector. This sector focuses on integrating cutting-edge technologies and sustainable practices into manufacturing processes, emphasising reducing environmental impact, optimising resource utilisation and increasing energy efficiency.
L3 Clean & Lean – Manufacturing
“Clean and Lean” Skills Bootcamp will upskill existing workers/recruit to vacancies to address specific/niche skills gaps in Manufacturing and Robotics, working in a clean room/lean manufacturing environment, supporting rapid business growth/sustainability.
L3 Improve & Sustain
The “Improve and Sustain” programme is designed to enhance the skills of current employees and fill vacancies by targeting precise skills shortages in manufacturing and engineering. This initiative focuses on fostering an environment conducive to both innovation and efficient manufacturing processes, which are essential for accelerating business growth and ensuring long-term sustainability.
This course will run 1 day a week for 8 weeks.
