Green Power
These Skills Bootcamps include UCQ developed (RARPA) innovative non-accredited qualifications valued by employers within the Green Power sector. This sector focuses on integrating cutting-edge technologies and sustainable practices into green power operations, emphasising reducing environmental impact, optimising resource utilisation and increasing energy efficiency. The programme range supports new entrants and those trade qualified but transferring to Green Power, including graduates.
L3 Driving team performance in green power operations.
The “Driving team performance” Skills Bootcamp is designed to enhance the skills of current employees and fill vacancies by targeting precise skills shortages in green power operations. This initiative focuses on fostering an environment conducive for team leaders to develop themselves to drive their team performance, which are essential for accelerating business growth and ensuring long-term sustainability.
